Have Solutions Your mold problem may seem complicated, but the solution can be simple and inexpensive. You may even be able to solve the problem yourself, with our guidance. aMOLDdetective has invested hundreds of hours in research and development in order to understand this phenomenon and refine our systems. While this has led us to invest in some of the most up-to-date, sophisticated technologies available today, we rely on our old-school, common sense approach to each situation. Basic Visual Assessment Our mold-specific structural inspection determines the source and extent of a possible contamination with recommendations as to the most efficient, safe, and cost effective ways to resolve the problem. If necessary, a Remediation Protocol will be issued to a Certified Mold Remediation Company. Legal written and photo documentation can also be provided to attorneys and insurance companies if needed. Environmental Sampling Occasionally sampling is necessary in order to identify the exact nature of the problem. Depending on the situation, we may recommend bulk and/or surface samples (tapelifts or swabs) of visible molds. Or, in order to identify indoor air quality issues, atmospheric and/or dust sampling equipment may be used. These forensic samples are overnighted to our certified laboratory and results are returned in 3 days. Same day lab results are available for an additional fee.
